SST-Porous ®oxygen sensor vent tube is made by 100% PTFE fine powder. It has stable size and can work for a long time at – 200 ~ + 260 ℃. It has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, high water pressure resistance, stable and good permeability, excellent flexibility and high mechanical strength. It is especially suitable for the ventilation and protection of tubular electronic components such as oxygen sensor.

Product Overview

Porous-Tech®PTFE  porous membrane (including:tube type and sheet type)having the characteristic of chemical innert, hydrophobic and air permeable.  can be used for a long time at operating temperature from 60~260℃,  siutatble for gas sensr.  Smart Membrane® porous membrane structure allows gas to pass through the sensor while retaining liquid or limiting liquid penetration.

Porous-Tech® PTFE porous air breather tube are mainly used for oxygen sensor.


Porous-Tech® ePTFE air breathable tube has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, high water pressure resistance,  good air permeability, excellent flexibility, high mechanical strength, etc., especially suitable for the ventilation and protection of tubular electronic components such as oxygen sensors.  Additionally, The Porous Tech® ePTFE tube is easy to install and can be molded manually or automatically. 

In addition to the eptfe breathable tube, the Porous Tech® PTFE  commonly used for oxygen sensors also includes sheet-type eTFE microporous membrane (thickness 0.1~0.5mm, breathable capacity 100~600ml/cm2/min@7kPa, protection class, IPX8).
