SST-Porous ® BD 01 series Weldable protective vents products, made by SST porous ® e-PTFE membrane and polyester non-woven fabric are thermally compounded, and then the membrane are integrated with target components through hot-melt or ultrasonic welding process.

SST-Porous®BD G00 series ePTFE membrane vents in grey color, made by over 95% PTFE fine powder and some extend of black color, through special stretching process, thousands of “nodes” and “fibers” are formed.    

As its proprietary ePTFE microporous membranes allow air and gases to pass through freely, so moisture can diffuse before condensation problems arising. 

SST-Porous ® Black adhesive vents BD 04 series,  made by SST porous ® ePTFE membrane which compounded with polyester or nylon fabric, and then combined with acrylic adhesive. SST-Porous®BD W00 series vents in white color, made by 100% SST-Porous® membrane, through special stretching process, thousands of “nodes” and “fibers” are formed.  For the white color requirementm BD W00 is your best choice. 

SST-Porous ®oxygen sensor vent tube is made by 100% PTFE fine powder. It has stable size and can work for a long time at – 200 ~ + 260 ℃. It has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, high water pressure resistance, stable and good permeability, excellent flexibility and high mechanical strength. It is especially suitable for the ventilation and protection of tubular electronic components such as oxygen sensor.
